This notice was written from how the service actually behaves, but it has not been through legal review. It needs a lawyer’s read before public launch.
Who runs the platform
The platform is operated by the PSM Reporting team. Your data is processed inside the EU.
Data we hold
Your name, email, phone, the company memberships you accept, and the activity needed to operate the service.
The basis on which we process your data
Data attached to a registered account is processed to perform the service contract. The contact details you give in the public assessment are processed on your explicit consent, given by the checkbox before you send the form, and withdrawable at any time.
Data from the public assessment
The assessment reachable from the landing page involves two distinct sets of data. Your answers — why reporting is being asked of you, the deadline, sector, headcount and revenue band, country and county, number of sites, and how ready your data is — are used to calculate the estimate and for market analysis. The contact details at the end — name, company, role, email, phone, and the optional free-text note — are used only to get back to you.
An assessment you did not finish
We save your answers as you go so you never have to start over. Until you send the form, only those answers are stored: no name, no contact details, and no IP address. Unfinished assessments are deleted permanently and automatically after 90 days.
IP address
We store the IP address a submitted form came from, as protection against abuse. This happens only at the moment you send it — that is, after you have consented.
How long we keep things
Unfinished assessments: 90 days. Submitted enquiries: for as long as following them up is warranted; once deleted, the row itself is removed permanently after a 30-day grace period. User accounts: anonymised 30 days after deletion. Accounts inactive for 22 months are warned, then anonymised 60 days later. The activity log is cleared after 365 days.
Erasure and withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time and ask us to delete your enquiry — write to us through the contact form. As a registered user you can edit your profile, export your data as JSON, and start deleting your account from Settings.
Cookies
Beyond the cookies the service needs to work, we set none without your consent. You can change that choice at any time from the footer.
